Our 3rd Restore Retreat was a great success again. June 2013 and we had the first glimps of the beautiful summer of 2013. The weather was amazing and the setting beautiful. Cas and Marcus Pollen's amazing estate Norton Hall at its absolute best. Outdoor living the whole weekend. The tennis court and pool came into its own right and the ladies were using it throughout. The group dynamic is different at each retreat and it never stops amaze me how many lovely souls there are and how people come together and find each other. I was deeply humbled by these lovely ladies and what they brought to the group.

Norton Hall is beautiful. The house is grand and gorgeous as well as being very cozy and welcoming. The house really wants to be lived in and Cas has done a stunning job with it.

The food of course was exquisite and very well made (without blowing my own trumpets to much) with an abundance of Love and Care. All Raw and Vegan. Most of the lovely ladies were new to Raw Food and all of them were pleasantly surprised on how lovely and well tasting raw food can be. They all loved it. Raw food is not just salads and nuts. It is a whole range of amazing foods in their natural states so that all the benefits and nutrients in the food are there when we eat it. Full of enzymes and positive vibrations.

Here are some comments from the guests this time.

"Thank you so much for an incredible introduction to your world of artistry and creativity.  I was blown away by your food - truly delicious."

"feels like a long time ago already, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all - I'm sure so many superlatives have been already used so I won't exhaust them. But for me it had extra significance - the end of a very difficult and distressing five months, and a turning point in lots of ways. I came away relaxed, restored, hopeful, positive, peaceful and with a feeling of calm that I hadn't had for a while. So many highlights - the lovely pool, comfy bed, warm welcome, outstanding food, sublime and spoiling treatments. But most of all the rare opportunity to unwind in an undemanding, supportive and genuinely healing atmosphere. Thank you all - it was magical. Will be thinking seriously about November now..." from Hester

"I have just arrived home after an amazing time with you all at Norton Hall – Thank you so much for my extraordinarily nice 2 days at Restore. My energy feels very different and i put that down to the perfect combination of the raw food, yoga and the treatments i had. I have had many reflexology sessions over the years but nothing nearly as good as Karin’s treatment yesterday. I loved the combination of healing and reflexology she gave me and i slept very deeply because of that last night. I was inspired by the nutritional talk and am looking forward to stocking up my cupboards with energising and detoxifying foods that will look after my liver. I am already looking forward to coming on the next retreat." from Lucy
