- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1tsp-1tbsp Maca Powder (start with 1tsp and work up to a tbsp)
- 2 tsp Lucuma Powder
- 1tsp Carob Powder
- 1tsp Maple Syrup (optional)
- 2tsp lecithin powder (optional)
Put all the ingredients and whisk them all together in a blender. If you have a vitamix or a thermomix you can warm it in the mixer. Otherwise just warm slightly in a pot on the stove.
